With this certification you will be qualified to kasher and supervise a kitchen in your congregation, retreat sites, hotel kitchens, kosher food productions, and more. You may also (by using our Global-Kosher logo) certify local food products that meet kosher standards.
- Course of instruction will be 24 sessions of 2 hours/each online classes.
- Reading materials will be provided.
- A guided practicum will be developed to meet your specific circumstances.
